I don't have gym clothes, plus with my crazy hours, I rather just go to the gym right after I work. If I go home, then I know I won't leave the house. So here's to starting off a new week with a set plan.

This is my first blog post and hopefully it wont be the last. I just figured out how to calculate my macros!! I'm doing the caveman diet with low carbs with high protein and fat. It's going to be 10/45/45 Carb/Protein/Fat, and I will be working with 1700 calories a day. Hopefully I will break my plateau coupled with doing weight training and cardio 30/30 (but usually it's 40/30).
