Directions:  
shred washed lettuce, toss in large bowl.
chop onion and pepper and divide in half.
cook over medium heat ground beef and half the pepper and onions.
add seasonings to taste - chili powder, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, etc.
Put some salad on a plate top with ground beef mixture, one tablespoon of cheese, some olives and salsa. Serve with tortilla chips.
