Preheat oven to 400% F

Grease 16 muffin cups

Whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and cereal together

In a separate bowl, mix bananas, maple syrup, cider vinegar, vanilla, and soymilk together until blended

Mix dry ingredients together with banana mixture

Add chocolate chips and soy nuts

Bake at 400% F for 20 minutes
