Directions:  
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Heat oil in a large skillet, and add chicken and celery and saute for 5 minutes. Add scallions, soy sauce and sesame oil and mix well, and cook on lower heat until chicken is cooked through.

Remove from heat, spoon into lettuce leaves and sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
