3 days in a row!!!  Did the full body toning workout today. High HR of 176 bpm.  Average was 135.  Workout took 30 minutes.  I am also playing squash tonight which is sure to kick my ass.

Day Two

So, Day Two and I actually had the discipline to walk for 45 minutes.  No shortcuts, no excuses, just good hard work.  It felt pretty good.  Hopefully I can keep it going.

Here are the pics I promised....203lbs, heaviest I have ever been and NASTY looking.

Today is day one of my diet/exercise plan.  Time to really get at it.  No more drinking and gorging.  Today I worked out and ate sensibly even though I just arrived back in Malaysia from the USA.  I can no longer let jet lag, stress and lack of energy deter me from reaching my weight loss goal.

160 lbs here I come.  Image to follow tomorrow.
