Secondary Muscles Trained:  Lower Rectus Abdominis
Instructions: 
1. Standing at a Cable Chest Press machine, lift one leg off the ground while keeping your other knee slightly bent.
2. Take hold of one cable in each hand, keeping your elbows bent and your palms facing the floor.
3. With your arms at shoulder level slowly extend your elbows pushing the cable away from your body, bringing your hands together.
4. Slowly bend your elbows returning to the starting position.
