Overhead Walking Lunges with Barbell

Calories Burned:  510 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Spinal Erectors
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Gluteus Maximus, Quadriceps
Instructions: 
1. Stand upright, holding a barbell on your shoulders in a squat position. Press the weight up over your head to a locked out position.

2. Step forward, allowing your back leg to come to a 90 degree angle.
 
3. Pause.
 
4. Return to upright position and repeat with other leg.
 
4. Continue this motion for 5-10 reps per leg or for 10-20 yards.
