Instructions: 
Set your feet in a split stance with your right foot forward, your left foot behind you. Hold a medicine ball in two hands and raise it over your right shoulder. Without twisting your shoulders or waist much, swing the med ball down and across your body to your left hip in a chopping motion. Immediately reverse the motion bringing the ball back up to your right shoulder. Do 6 full chops, then do 6 chops in the opposite direction, starting with the ball above your left shoulder and chopping across your body to your right hip. After you complete all 12, change your split stand so that your left foot is now forward, your right foot behind. Repeat the chopping moves, doing 6 in each direction.
